By accessing or using KinMeal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
KinMeal is a meal planning application that allows users to create weekly meal plans, manage recipes, generate grocery lists, and share plans with household members.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person per account; sharing account credentials is not permitted.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
5. Subscription and Billing
KinMeal may offer paid subscription plans. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. Early-bird pricing is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription as long as it remains active.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy practices. We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service and do not sell your personal data.
7. Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within KinMeal (meals, plans, recipes). We do not claim ownership of your content.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
